(B) One day, we hear governments working together to keep the bad guys out the Internet: the US, Canada, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Ukraine, and the UK collaborating together to route and isolate the Internet servers that were taken by the GameOver Zeus and CryptoLocker viruses (for more on that read: “Secret Global Strike Kills 2 Malicious Web Viruses” from the New York Times).

Another day, we hear governments mutually hacking in each of other Internet networks playing dangerous and unethical games (for more on that read: “Chinese Hacking of the US” from Bruce Schneier’s Blog).
