(T) It is a blast to see a young social entrepreneur willing to start new ventures for the good of global society. So is the case of Boyan Slat, a 23-year old entrepreneur from the Netherlands. Boyan started The Ocean Cleanup, a start-up that aims in the next five years, to remove 50% of the North Pacific gyre debris. Over five trillion plastic debris litter already the ocean!

I wish that investors and markets will value more those types of social ventures as The Ocean Cleanup than Internet ventures.
