(E) Taiwan and New Zealand have a huge advantage over other countries fighting the propagation of SARS-CoV-2: they are islands. Closing and reopening offices, schools, restaurants, gyms do not work. You close, and you stop the propagation. You re-open, and the virus spread again quickly. The only strategy is to test everyone if you are not in an island. And, to quarantine those who are negative.
