
(E) The second wave is here. Infections have been rising to the roof: Europe, the U.S., South America, and Russia. The U.S have now over 150,000 new daily cases, and 1,400 daily deaths. France around 35,000 new daily cases, and 400 daily deaths.
The death rate is lower than the first wave as medical staff are much better prepared to care for their patients.
