(E) I have to say, the final game of the 2022 Football World Cup between France and Argentina was a blast! I wish France would have won. But I am happy that Argentina won. France has a 7% inflation. Argentina 100%. People in the streets of Buenos Aires did not have a TV screen to watch the game.

But spending $200 B for a world event?

What about giving $20 B or $40 B to help Argentina? And the rest to fight world hunger, to invest in medical research, and to fight global warming?

And, this is not a carbon free event. The huge construction of those stadiums that will never been used again. All those people that travelled to that event.
